The execution substrate is published under open licences; necessary is not defensible. The policy compiler, the attestation pipeline, and the decision record stay proprietary.

Humans stay accountable
Counsel reviews every uncertain clause. Escalations resolve with a named officer's co-signature and rationale. The engine renders judgment fast. It never removes the human from it.

Measure execution, never claim it
Execution improvement is measured across venues and reported as the client's upside. OnTrade prices verification and evidence, never basis points of turnover.

Evidence by construction
If it can't be replayed, it isn't evidence. Every verdict is deterministic: same policy commit, same intent, same outcome, forever.
