The Site provides general information about OnTrade's products, including the Open Modular Account (OMA) and the Sovereign Trade Network (STN), and related institutional infrastructure. Content is for information purposes only and does not constitute an offer, solicitation, recommendation, investment advice, legal advice, or any form of regulated financial service. OnTrade is not a broker-dealer, investment firm, custodian, payment institution, or e-money institution.
Access to the Site is intended for regulated institutional counterparties, professional investors, and qualified infrastructure partners. Nothing on the Site is directed at retail investors or at any person in any jurisdiction where such distribution would be contrary to local law or regulation. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Site is lawful in your jurisdiction.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, product names, diagrams, and source code, is owned by OnTrade or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share the content for non-commercial informational purposes with attribution. Any other use, including reproduction, modification, distribution, or creation of derivative works, requires our prior written consent.
You agree not to: (i) use the Site in violation of applicable law; (ii) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems; (iii) interfere with the integrity, security, or performance of the Site; (iv) scrape or harvest data other than via openly permitted means; or (v) misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnTrade disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and availability. Forward-looking statements about product roadmap, architecture, or performance are aspirational and may change without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnTrade and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Site.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised "Last updated" date and will be effective as soon as it is published on the Site.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Milan, Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply.
